From TWUUG

  • Matthew Fillpot gave a presentation on "Encrypted Virtual Partitions". Creating a file, encrypting it, creating a filesystem on it, and mounting it like it were a physical drive. Notes available here: http://www.linux.com/community/blogs/linux-security-tip-of-the-day-buildingusing-encrypted-virtual-partitions.html.
  • Sal Yorks presented on setting up changing backgrounds in Gnome with additional applets (KDE 3 has that feature built-in, and KDE 4 should have it again soon). Mark Davis also shared his collection of Linux related wallpapers.
  • Additional discussion about listening to audio CD's & misc.

A few discs were available.
