At this meeting:

  • Discussion about Microsoft dropping the rendering engine in their Edge browser and using Google Chromium.
  • Firefox threading under Linux and how to view it under top.
  • Mark Davis presented on the Samsung Galaxy S4 Android Linux tablet- features, how it works, the "Dex" mode, and how they are beta testing allowing Ubuntu Linux to run under a container on it.

Attendance: 9 Members + 1 new + 0 returning + 0 visitors = 10 attendees.
Membership: 26 Members + 1 new (Ouellette) + 0 returning - 1 expired (Kulbe) = 26 TWUUG members.
